There are many, many benefits of being a Scotland travel writer. Invitations to test and promote all sorts of weird and wonderfuls; wildly differing day to day routines and you get to work with some brilliant brands and organisations. Scots Magazine had its first issue in 1739, making it the oldest mag of its type in the world and has a readership of around a quarter million per month. They are also kind enough to employ me as a regular contributor to produce content about how fabulous Scotland is. It’s a bit of a match made in heaven.
